Professional office cleaning for small to medium workplaces in Mississauga. Consistent, insured service with all supplies and equipment provided. Ongoing service is billed as a flat monthly rate based on office size, condition, and cleaning frequency (weekly, twice weekly, or bi-weekly).
How it works: Most offices begin with an Initial / Reset Clean to bring the space up to standard, then continue with a Maintenance Clean schedule for ongoing upkeep.
High-touch points are included in every Maintenance Clean (door handles, switches, shared touch surfaces, washroom touchpoints).

Heavily Soiled / Neglected Cleaning is quoted based on the actual condition of the space, not just square footage. This service is for heavy buildup (grease, soap scum, heavy pet hair, nicotine residue, long-term neglect, etc.).

- Photos are strongly recommended for accurate quoting.
- If the condition differs significantly from what was described, pricing may be adjusted to match the correct service level.

- Reassess pricing on site

π Booking & Policy
To ensure reliable scheduling and consistent service, the following booking policies apply:
Booking & Confirmation

All cleanings must be booked in advance and confirmed by email or message.

Appointments are confirmed once details are agreed upon and a booking time is secured.
Access & Arrival

Clients must provide clear access instructions (keys, lockbox, buzzer codes, parking details) prior to the appointment.

Someone does not need to be home, but the space must be accessible at the scheduled time.
Cancellations & Rescheduling

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover reserved time.
Late Arrivals / No Access

If we are unable to access the property at the scheduled time, the appointment may be cancelled and charged as a late cancellation.
Condition at Time of Service

The space must reasonably match the condition described at booking.

If the condition or scope differs significantly, pricing or service level may be adjusted in accordance with our Pricing Policy.
Recurring Clients

Recurring services (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly) reserve a dedicated time slot.

Skipped visits or last-minute cancellations may forfeit that reserved slot.
Pets

Pets must be secured or safely managed during cleaning to allow work to proceed efficiently and safely.

- Discounts after deep clean: Recurring clients from 2nd visit onwards will receive %10 off weekly cleans and %5 off bi-weekly cleans.
