  • Baseboards dusted and wiped
  • Clean vents and light fixtures (reachable)
  • Wash interior windows and tracks (reachable)
  • Wipe all doors and door frames
  • Remove cobwebs

Kitchen

  • Clean behind/under small appliances
  • Wipe inside cabinets & drawers (if empty)
  • Clean inside oven
  • Clean inside refrigerator (must be emptied)
  • Degrease range hood and filter

Bathrooms

  • Scrub and descale shower/tub tiles
  • Clean grout (light surface cleaning)
  • Clean under/behind toilet (if reachable)
  • Wipe inside vanity drawers/cabinets (if empty)

For vacant homes or apartment turnovers. Includes everything in Deep Clean, plus:

  • Inside all drawers, cabinets, and closets
  • Clean inside all appliances (fridge, oven, microwave)
  • Wipe all walls (spot clean or full wipe depending on need)
  • Dust and wipe all shelving and built-ins
  • Remove any trash/debris left behind
  • Clean light covers, switches, and outlet plates
  • Vacuum vents and return covers
  • Sweep garage or balcony (if applicable)
  • Vacuum and mop floors

This service is for homes with heavy buildup, neglect, or excessive dirt, including mold, grease, pet hair, nicotine, or soap scum. These jobs typically take longer and require extra effort and materials. Includes everything in Deep Clean, plus:

All Rooms

  • Heavy-duty scrubbing of baseboards, trim, and walls (spot cleaned or fully wiped as needed)
  • Detail dusting and cleaning of vents, fan blades, and reachable ceiling corners
  • Extra attention to edges, corners, and under furniture (if accessible)

Kitchen

  • Degreasing cabinets (exterior and interior if empty)
  • Heavy scrubbing of backsplash, stovetop, and hood vent filters
  • Deep clean inside fridge, oven, and microwave (must be emptied)
  • Detail clean behind appliances (if accessible)

Bathrooms

  • Thorough grout and tile scrubbing (removal of soap scum, pink residue, mildew)
  • Scrub buildup from under/behind toilet and behind fixtures (if accessible)
  • Heavily soiled tubs, glass doors, and shower walls treated with extra products and time
  • Disinfect all high-touch areas including switches and door handles

Additional Notes

  • Time required varies greatly based on condition and square footage
  • Home must be accessible and have running water and power
  • Multi-day cleaning may be required for severely neglected properties

Standard Clean for offices, suitable for weekly or bi-weekly maintenance.

General Areas

  • Empty all trash & recycling
  • Vacuum and mop floors
  • Disinfect door handles, phones, keyboards (lightly)
  • Wipe down meeting tables, shelves, and chairs
  • Clean glass doors and partitions (spot clean)
  • Wipe baseboards (periodically)

Kitchenette / Break Room

  • Wipe counters and tables
  • Clean sink and faucet
  • Wipe appliance exteriors (microwave, fridge, kettle)
  • Vacuum and mop floors

Bathrooms

  • Sanitize toilets, sinks, counters
  • Restock supplies if provided
  • Wipe mirrors and mop floors

Deep Clean for offices, ideal for monthly or heavy-duty maintenance.

General Areas

  • Everything in Standard Clean, plus:
  • Baseboards dusted and wiped
  • Clean vents, light fixtures, and ceiling corners (reachable)
  • Clean under desks and chairs
  • Detailed spot cleaning of walls and partitions

Kitchenette / Break Room

  • Everything in Standard Clean, plus:
  • Clean inside cabinets (if empty)
  • Deep clean inside fridge (must be emptied)
  • Degrease range hood and surfaces

Bathrooms

  • Everything in Standard Clean, plus:
  • Scrub tiles, grout, and baseboards
  • Deep disinfecting of high-touch surfaces

Taking just a few minutes to tidy up or clear surfaces makes a big difference in how much we can get done and helps us deliver the sparkling results you’re expecting.

Client Prep Sheet

Before Regular Cleaning

  • Please tidy up personal belongings (clothes, toys, dishes).
  • Clear kitchen and bathroom counters of personal items.
  • Secure valuables and important documents.
  • Let us know of any access instructions ahead of time.

Before Deep Cleaning

  • Clear surfaces and remove any clutter or personal items.
  • Empty interior spaces (fridge, oven, cabinets) if those areas are scheduled for cleaning.
  • Make us aware of areas that require extra attention (e.g. buildup, stains).
  • Plan for additional time, as deep cleaning is more detailed.

Before Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning

  • The home must be completely empty (furniture, personal items, and garbage removed).
  • Utilities must be connected (running water and electricity).
  • Please ensure all surfaces are accessible.
  • Let us know in advance if appliance or cabinet interiors are to be cleaned.
  • Access instructions (door codes or keys) must be arranged prior to our arrival.

Before Heavier Grime or Neglected Home Cleaning

  • We recommend that the space is vacated during cleaning due to the time and detail required.
  • Please inform us ahead of time about the condition — photos may be requested for accurate quoting.
  • We do not remove furniture or personal belongings; areas must be accessible.
  • We reserve the right to adjust pricing based on actual condition and effort required.

Before Office Cleaning

  • Clear desks and shared spaces of confidential or sensitive materials.
  • Inform staff of the cleaning schedule where applicable.
  • Secure confidential documents and electronics as needed.
  • Provide access to necessary areas (kitchens, bathrooms, meeting rooms).

Before Office Deep Cleaning

  • Clear desks, conference tables, and common areas of personal items, papers, and electronics where possible.
  • Empty cabinets, drawers, and shelving if interior cleaning is requested.
  • Ensure kitchenettes/break rooms are cleared for detailed cleaning (appliances, counters, inside fridge/oven if applicable).
  • Inform staff of the cleaning schedule and restricted areas.
  • Provide access to all areas, including hard-to-reach spots like vents, light fixtures, and behind furniture.
  • Plan for additional time, as deep cleaning is more detailed than standard cleaning.

⚠️ Pricing Policy

We quote based on square footage and client-provided details. If we arrive and the actual condition is worse than described or photographed, we will:

  • Reassess the price on site

  • Shift the job into the correct pricing tier (e.g. from "deep clean" to "heavy/neglected")

  • Apply relevant add-on fees for specialized labor or product use

This protects both our time and your property, ensuring a fair, thorough clean.
