Ongoing maintenance cleaning for offices, clinics, studios, and professional spaces.

General Areas

  • Dust desks and surfaces (if cleared)
  • Empty trash and recycling
  • Vacuum carpets and rugs
  • Mop hard floors
  • Disinfect high-touch points such as handles and switches
  • Wipe meeting tables, shelves, and chairs
  • Spot-clean glass doors and partitions in reachable areas

Kitchenette / Break Room

  • Wipe counters and tables
  • Clean sink and faucet
  • Wipe appliance exteriors such as microwave, fridge, and kettle
  • Vacuum and mop floors

Bathrooms

  • Sanitize toilets, sinks, counters, and mirrors
  • Restock supplies if provided
  • Mop floors

Detailed office cleaning for spaces needing a reset, more buildup removal, or periodic intensive service.

General Areas

  • Everything in Standard Office Cleaning, plus:
  • Baseboards dusted and wiped
  • Vents, light fixtures, and ceiling corners cleaned (reachable)
  • Under desks and chairs cleaned where accessible
  • More detailed spot-cleaning of walls and partitions

Kitchenette / Break Room

  • Everything in Standard Office Cleaning, plus:
  • Inside cabinets cleaned if emptied
  • Inside fridge deep cleaned if emptied
  • Degreasing of surfaces and range hood area

Bathrooms

  • Everything in Standard Office Cleaning, plus:
  • Scrubbing of tiles, grout, and baseboards
  • More detailed disinfecting of high-touch areas

Ideal for ongoing home maintenance and routine upkeep.

All Rooms

  • Empty garbage

Living Room & Bedrooms

  • Remove cobwebs

Kitchen

  • Clean behind and under small appliances
  • Inside cabinets and drawers wiped if emptied

  • Scrub and descale shower or tub tiles
  • Light grout surface cleaning
  • Clean under and behind toilet if reachable

For vacant homes, apartment turnovers, and move-related cleanups. Includes everything in a Deep House Cleaning, plus:

  • Inside all cabinets, drawers, and closets cleaned
  • Inside appliances cleaned, including fridge, oven, and microwave
  • Walls spot-cleaned or fully wiped as needed
  • Shelving and built-ins dusted and wiped
  • Leftover debris removed
  • Light covers, switches, and outlets cleaned
  • Vents and return covers vacuumed
  • Garage or balcony swept if applicable
  • Floors vacuumed and mopped

For homes with heavy buildup, long gaps between cleans, or more intensive scrubbing needs. Includes everything in Deep House Cleaning, plus:

  • Heavier scrubbing of baseboards, trim, and walls
  • Detailed cleaning of vents, fans, and ceiling corners
  • Extra attention to edges, corners, and accessible areas under furniture

Kitchen

  • Degreasing of cabinets (interior if emptied)
  • Heavier scrubbing of backsplash, stovetop, and hood filters
  • Deep cleaning inside appliances if emptied
  • Detail cleaning behind appliances if accessible

Bathrooms

  • Thorough grout and tile scrubbing
  • Heavier buildup removal behind fixtures if accessible
  • Extra time and product use for heavily soiled surfaces

Before Regular Home Cleaning

  • Tidy belongings so surfaces and floors are accessible

Before Deep Home Cleaning

  • Clear surfaces and reduce clutter
  • Empty interiors (fridge, oven, cabinets) if included

  • Allow extra time for detailed cleaning

Before Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning

  • Property must be empty
  • Utilities must be on (water + power)
  • Ensure full access to all areas
  • Confirm interiors are emptied if included

Before Heavier Grime Cleaning

  • Vacating during service is recommended
  • Photos may be required for accurate quoting
  • All areas must be accessible
  • Final pricing may adjust based on condition

If the actual condition of the space differs significantly from what was described or shown in photos, we may:

  • Reassess pricing on site

  • Adjust the service to the appropriate level (e.g., Deep Clean vs. Heavier Grime / Neglected)

  • Apply applicable add-on fees for specialized labour or product use

Any pricing adjustments will be discussed before work continues.
This ensures accurate pricing, proper time allocation, and a thorough, professional clean.
