For vacant homes or apartment turnovers. Includes everything in Deep Clean, plus:

  • Clean inside all cabinets, drawers, and closets
  • Clean inside all appliances (fridge, oven, microwave)
  • Wipe walls (spot clean or full wipe as needed)
  • Dust and wipe shelving and built-ins
  • Remove leftover debris
  • Clean light covers, switches, and outlets
  • Vacuum vents and return covers
  • Sweep garage or balcony (if applicable)
  • Vacuum and mop floors

For homes with heavy buildup, neglect, or long-term soil. Includes everything in Deep Clean, plus:

All Rooms

  • Heavy scrubbing of baseboards, trim, and walls
  • Detailed cleaning of vents, fans, and ceiling corners
  • Extra attention to edges, corners, and accessible areas under furniture

Kitchen

  • Degrease cabinets (interior if empty)
  • Heavy scrubbing of backsplash, stovetop, and hood filters
  • Deep clean inside appliances (must be emptied)
  • Detail cleaning behind appliances (if accessible)

Bathrooms

  • Thorough grout and tile scrubbing
  • Heavy buildup removal behind fixtures (if accessible)
  • Extra time and products for heavily soiled surfaces

Taking just a few minutes to tidy up or clear surfaces makes a big difference in how much we can get done and helps us deliver the sparkling results you’re expecting.

What We Service (Checklists)

Scope & access: Cleaning is completed in accessible areas. If the condition or scope differs significantly from what was described at booking, pricing may be adjusted or the service level may be updated (e.g., Deep Clean vs. Heavier Grime).

Standard Office Clean (Maintenance)

Common Areas / Work Areas

  • Disinfect high-touch points (handles, switches, common touchpoints)
  • Empty garbage and replace liners (client to provide liners if preferred)
  • Vacuum carpets and rugs
  • Mop hard floors

Kitchenette / Break Room
  • Wipe counters, tables, and sink; polish fixtures
  • Wipe appliance exteriors (microwave, fridge exterior, etc.)
  • Vacuum/mop floors
Washrooms
  • Sanitize toilets, sinks, counters, and mirrors
  • Spot-clean splash areas and reachable tile
  • Mop floors

Note: Detailed interior work (inside fridges, inside cabinets, heavy buildup) is typically handled under Deep Office Cleaning or as an add-on.

Deep Office Clean

Includes everything in Standard Office Cleaning, plus deeper detail work for buildup areas.

  • Wipe baseboards and reachable vents
  • Detail dusting of corners, ledges, and reachable fixtures
  • More thorough washroom detailing (descaling as needed)
  • Spot-clean doors and frames; remove cobwebs
  • Clean under desks/chairs where accessible (without moving heavy furniture)
  • Interior cabinet/fridge/oven cleaning only if requested and emptied

For large offices/clinics or high-traffic environments, we’ll recommend a frequency plan (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly) based on usage.

  • Deeper degrease/detail around stovetop and backsplash (as needed)
  • Clean behind/under small countertop appliances (if moved/cleared)
  • Interior cabinets/drawers only if requested and emptied
  • Inside fridge/oven only if requested and emptied
Bathroom(s)
  • More thorough scrub of shower/tub and tile (descaling as needed)
  • Light grout detailing (surface level)
  • Interior vanity drawers/cabinets only if requested and emptied

Deep cleans are time-intensive by design. For heavy buildup, Heavier Grime / Neglected Cleaning may be the correct service level.

Move-In / Move-Out

Designed for empty or mostly empty homes, rental turnovers, or pre-sale preparation.

  • Detailed cleaning of kitchen and bathrooms
  • Clean inside cabinets/drawers/closets (must be empty)
  • Inside appliances (fridge/oven/microwave) if requested and emptied
  • Wipe doors, frames, baseboards (reachable areas)
  • Vacuum and mop floors throughout
  • Spot-clean walls (full wall washing available as a quoted add-on if needed)

Utilities must be on (water + power). If the property is not empty, the service may be re-quoted or rescheduled.

Heavier Grime / Neglected Homes

For properties with significant buildup (grease, soap scum, heavy pet hair, nicotine residue, long-term neglect).

  • Heavier scrubbing of baseboards, trim, and high-touch buildup areas
  • More intensive kitchen degreasing (backsplash, stove area, cabinet faces as needed)
  • More intensive bathroom descaling and grout attention (surface + targeted detailing)
  • Edges/corners detail work and focused time where needed

Photos may be requested for accurate quoting. Pricing may be adjusted if onsite condition differs from the description provided.

Add-Ons

  • Inside fridge (must be emptied)
  • Inside oven (must be emptied)
  • Inside cabinets/drawers (must be emptied)
  • Blinds (dusting or wipe-down as quoted)
  • Grout detailing (targeted areas)
  • Interior windows (reachable areas)

Add-ons are quoted separately and depend on time, condition, and accessibility.

Best results: Please tidy personal items and ensure access to the areas being cleaned. If interiors (fridge/oven/cabinets) are booked, they must be emptied before we arrive.

Before Office Cleaning

  • Clear desks and shared spaces of confidential or sensitive materials where possible.
  • Inform staff of scheduled cleaning times, especially for after-hours service.
  • Secure confidential documents, cash, and sensitive electronics as needed.
  • Provide access to required areas (kitchens, washrooms, meeting rooms) and note any restricted zones.

Before Office Deep Cleaning

  • Clear desks, conference tables, and common areas of papers, personal items, and electronics where possible.
  • Empty cabinets, drawers, and shelving if interior cleaning is requested.
  • Ensure kitchenettes/break rooms are cleared for detailed cleaning (interiors only if booked).
  • Inform staff of the cleaning schedule and note any restricted areas.
  • Provide access to vents, light fixtures, and spaces behind movable furniture.
  • Plan for additional time — deep office cleaning is more detailed than standard maintenance.

Before Regular Cleaning

  • Tidy personal belongings (clothes, toys, dishes) so floors and surfaces are accessible.
  • Clear kitchen and bathroom counters of personal items.
  • Secure valuables and important documents.
  • Share access instructions (parking, buzzer/door code, lockbox/key location) in advance.

Before Deep Cleaning

  • Clear surfaces and remove clutter or personal items where possible.
  • Empty interior areas (fridge, oven, cabinets/drawers) if interior cleaning is included in your booking.
  • Flag priority areas (buildup, staining, heavy soap scum, pet hair) so time can be allocated appropriately.
  • Plan for additional time — deep cleaning is detail-focused and more thorough than maintenance cleaning.

Before Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning

  • The property must be completely empty (furniture, personal items, and garbage removed).
  • Utilities must be connected (running water and electricity).
  • Ensure all rooms, cabinets, and closets are accessible.
  • Confirm appliance and cabinet interior cleaning in advance (and empty them if included).
  • Access instructions (door codes, keys, lockbox) must be arranged prior to arrival.

Before Heavier Grime or Neglected Cleaning

  • Vacating the space during cleaning is strongly recommended due to the time and detail required.
  • Accurate details are essential — photos may be requested for quoting.
  • We do not remove furniture or personal belongings; areas must be accessible.
  • Pricing may be adjusted based on onsite condition and the time/materials required to complete the work properly.

⚠️ Pricing Policy

Quotes are based on square footage and the details provided at the time of booking.

If the actual condition of the space differs significantly from what was described or shown in photos, we may:

  • Reassess pricing on site

  • Adjust the service to the appropriate level (e.g., Deep Clean vs. Heavier Grime / Neglected)

  • Apply applicable add-on fees for specialized labour or product use

Any pricing adjustments will be discussed before work continues.
This ensures accurate pricing, proper time allocation, and a thorough, professional clean.
