▶ Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website or booking services with Dazzling Domestics, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all clients, visitors, and users of our services.
▶ Services
Dazzling Domestics provides residential and commercial cleaning services as outlined on this website. Services are delivered based on the scope agreed upon at the time of booking.
We reserve the right to decline, modify, or discontinue services if conditions are unsafe, misrepresented, or fall outside the agreed service scope.
▶ Booking & Payment
All bookings must be confirmed prior to service. Pricing is based on square footage, condition, and service type, as outlined in our Pricing Policy.
Payment is due as agreed at booking. Accepted payment methods will be communicated in advance. Deposits may be required for certain services, including move-in/move-out and larger jobs.
▶ Cancellations & Rescheduling
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover reserved time.
Missed appointments or lack of access at the scheduled time may be treated as a late cancellation.
▶ Pricing Adjustments
If the condition of the space differs significantly from what was described or shown in photos, pricing may be adjusted, or the service may be moved to the appropriate service tier (e.g., Deep Clean vs. Heavily Soiled / Neglected).
Any pricing changes will be discussed with the client before work continues.
▶ Liability & Insurance
Dazzling Domestics is fully insured for general liability. Care is taken at all times when working in client spaces.
We are not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, faulty fixtures, improperly installed items, normal wear and tear, or client-provided materials.
▶ Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for ensuring reasonable access to the space, securing valuables, and communicating any known hazards or special instructions prior to service.
Pets must be secured or safely managed during cleaning appointments.
▶ Changes to Terms
Dazzling Domestics reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
